Terms 

Used Items: Invoice amount under $2,000.00, COD, PayPal or Pre-Pay by company check.  Invoice amount over $2,000.00 requires PayPal or Wire Transfer  48 business hours before release of equipment.

New Items: 50% deposit required or net 30 days with prior credit approval

Special Orders: 50% deposit required

Custom Fabrication Orders: 100% pre-payment required

Freight: (FOB) Shipping Point, Freight on Board

Availability: All used equipment is quoted prior to sale.

Refusal: COD order and installation service refused at customer's door will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus labor, mileage and freight costs incurred.

Returns: Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization.  All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.  Used merchandise returned will only be used as Used Merchandise Credit only.

Condition of Merchandise: We try to advertise our used merchandise as accurately as possible.  All products are available for viewing in person or thru pictures sent by email or advertised on web site.  The customer is responsible for the final determination on the suitability of the merchandise.
